Project Delivery Process

The decision has now been made.  You are absolutely in love with your new Kitchen or Bathroom Design and just can’t wait to see it all finished! What happens next?

 

At Living Edge Kitchens & Bathrooms, we pride ourselves in careful, thorough and expert project coordination. It is important for both us and our clients to have a good understanding of all the necessary requirements and timeframes, for a smooth delivery of the project.

As we manufacture to precision all your quality cabinetry in our own workshop with the most hi-tech modern machinery.  We are therefore able to produce your materials ready for installation or painting in exceptional lead times. This will be coordinated amongst all other site works including removal of existing kitchens & bathrooms, structural changes and building works if required together with all relevant trades. You can now relax knowing your project is in professional hands.

 

Our Role

We will provide you with a Project Schedule and timeline for the project including the expected status of the project and details of removal and installation dates.  You will have a complete overview of the process.

(Most standard Kitchen installations are completed in up to 6 weeks.  Larger Projects and those projects with several spaces to remodel or a full house renovation will require a longer period)

We will request from you a list of your selected appliances (if you have chosen to supply these) and we will provide you with dates of when it will be necessary for these items to be ready for us onsite.

Our office will keep you informed and updated on the status of the project as it rolls out, and when all site and trade work is scheduled. Our office support will coordinate with you as well as be actively available to assist you with any enquiries you have along the way.

Our Project Manager will coordinate the works at site and take care of the trades and installation details for you ensuring everything runs smoothly onsite, on time and is all cleaned up each day when we are done.

 

Our Client’s Role

To ensure a smooth-running project we will ask for appliances and other items that you choose to supply, to be on site by set dates.  Please ensure you have checked with your supplier on the lead time for your items if they are not in stock before you purchase. Be aware that some items from your suppliers may have longer lead times.
